Acqua Blu Medical Spa is the non-surgical arm of one plastic surgery practice, founded, designed, and medically directed by Brian V. Heil, MD, FACS. Considered one of America’s Top Doctors by Castle Connolly, Dr. Heil chose every device on the treatment menu and trains every physician assistant who uses one.
That ownership is the difference you feel in the chair. A franchise spa answers to a playbook; this one answers to a board certified plastic surgeon whose name is on the door, and whose surgical judgment decides what is offered, to whom, and when the right answer is not yet.

Beauty is personal, and your definition of it is the one that counts here. A consultation at Acqua Blu is not general information: you leave with a detailed assessment and a customized treatment plan built around your specific concerns, your goals, and what will still look right years from now.
The plan draws on the whole practice: laser and light modalities, cosmetic injectables and dermal fillers, body contouring, and clinical skin care, all under one medical director. What you receive is whatever is genuinely best for you, which sometimes means being told to do less.
