At Acqua Blu Medical Spa, our goal is to provide timely, high-quality care while maintaining accessibility for all of our patients. To support this, we’ve established the following policies regarding appointments, cancellations, payments, and services.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth patient flow and accommodate those on our waiting list, we require:
- All appointment changes or cancellations be made at least three (3) business days in advance.
- A valid credit card must be placed on file for all new and established patients at the time of booking.
- All credit card information is stored securely using an encrypted electronic system.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
- Appointments canceled less than 3 business days in advance or missed entirely will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
- Patients with two or more late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay the full service fee before booking future appointments, subject to management discretion.
- Repeated non-compliance may result in discharge from the medical spa.
We understand that emergencies happen, but our experience shows that most missed appointments are not due to urgent situations. Missed appointments affect not just our schedule but also patients waiting for services.
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we send text reminders at:
- 2 weeks before
- 7 days before
- 3 days before your appointment
If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer that time to someone else.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork or discuss questions about your service.
- If you are running late, please call us. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete your procedure without affecting other clients.
Refund Policy
We are committed to transparent communication and realistic expectations. While we strive for optimal outcomes, aesthetics is not an exact science, and individual results can vary.
Treatments
- All services—whether purchased individually or as part of a discounted treatment package—are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds or credits can be offered.
Skincare Products
- All sales are final.
- If you experience a skin reaction, the product may be returned within 7 days of purchase for spa credit only.
Payment Methods
- We do not accept personal checks for any services, including laser treatments, medical facials, or injectable procedures.

We will always be honest in our recommendations and assessments. Payment for services is for the time and expertise provided, not for a guaranteed result. However, we are dedicated to helping you achieve the best possible outcome with every treatment.
